The Integration Process
Assessment and Design
Our supply chain solution experts excel in the design of new distribution centers, as well as improvements to existing operations. Their thorough approach includes operational analysis, feasibility studies, workflow analysis, data acquisition, and simulation to ensure that your automated storage system will fulfill your requirements.

Layout and Technology Selection
Once the layout and technology selections have been defined, the system will start to take shape. TGW has a comprehensive line of products to select from including carton, tote, and pallet conveyor; AS/RS; machine controls; and warehouse control systems (WCS). We will select and integrate any additional equipment needed and will always recommend the technologies best suited to your application.

Performance Management
Design engineering, manufacturing, installation, and startup support will be led by an experienced Project Manager assisted by a team of seasoned mechanical, electrical and software engineers who will make certain the system is installed, wired, and tested to ensure a successful operational startup.

Training and Support
Your associates will receive hands-on training to learn how to operate and maintain the system as the designers intended. Our Lifetime Services department will provide continued service, maintenance, and replacement parts through the life of the system.

Assessment
Are you out of space or wondering how to lower your operating costs? Our associates will perform an assessment of your current operation to develop recommendations on how it can become more efficient. We will strive to reduce order-fulfillment time, space requirements, order-selection time, travel time, inventory, and order errors; while increasing efficiency and profitability of your operation. We perform Operational, Throughput and Productivity Assessments.

Design Studies
If you are considering building a new distribution center or expanding your distribution center, the TGW Supply Chain Solutions team will work with you to define your requirements and how they can best be achieved and maintained through an integrated solution. A Feasibility Study or a Design Study recommendation is besed on your current operation.
